Farm of approximately 12.000mtrs2. located 6 blocks from the town of Guadalupe Santander, by unpaved road. excellent view, warm weather in the day, cool at night. 4 cabins of one room, (46.5 mts2 each one approximately) its distribution: small outside corridor with table and chairs, kitchen area with refrigerator, gas stove two places, and basic kitchen utensils. in the internal part is a single room, spacious and cozy, private bathroom with electric shower and natural lighting.
two of these cabins have beds for 5 people: one double and three singles (one of which is on a loft), the other two cabins are organized for 4 people each, with a double bed and two singles (one of which is on the loft).

the one-room cabins have a laundry room at the back, shared by each of the 2 cabins.
the cabins are delivered with all the equipment, linens, etc. for the development of a tourist business. The decoration of the cabins and kiosk is unique, with some antique pieces restored in vintage style.

The place has a small hammock area among the eucalyptus forest, a beautiful pergola to enjoy a bonfire, with hanging chairs, a wooden house “tree house type” for children or reading area, a swimming pool structure with cement slab and a newly built access platform and rest, in plastic wood (duration approximately 50 years), area with volleyball netting.

The property has 1 point of water from the municipal aqueduct, 2 points of electricity, 1 for the house area and another for the kiosk area and cabins, the kitchens work with propane gas (all with their cylinders). It has internet service, currently two points one for the house area and another for the kiosk area and cabins.

The fresh air, the tranquility, the constant singing of birds of the region, make this place a small paradise where you can live quietly and develop a hotel business, the land has space that allows a possible construction of cabins, hotel or private housing, it is also suitable to put if desired some glamping units.
